Young Professionals Alliance

Uplifting the future of the Fair Industry by supporting professional development through a safe and collaborative space while preserving and advancing traditions within the fair community to build better fairs.

WFA Young Professionals Alliance is designed for people between ages 18 - 40 who share an interest in improving themselves and the Fair Industry. The program provides an opportunity for industry members to connect with individuals within the Western Fairs Association who have the same professional interests and challenges. This group will be a central hub for networking, mentorship, personal development, leadership, industry education relating to current issues, and recognition opportunities to empower young professionals within WFA.

As a WFA Young Professional Alliance Member, you will:

• Have the opportunity to connect and collaborate with your peers in the Fair industry who share the same interests and challenges as you.
• Have the opportunity to share your voice and expertise.
• Have the opportunity to participate in professional development training and gain valuable insight into all aspects of the Fair industry.
• Learn how to promote your Fair or Fair related business
• Learn about issues and how to resolve them.
• Make valuable professional contacts.
